Delivery Areas

We are currently delivering to North Island only, and will extend to South Island in the near future.  Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to rural addresses.  A rural address can be identified by the RD number.

Delivery Costs

Our current promotion offers FREE delivery for orders over $150.  For orders under $150, our standard delivery fees are:  

  • $7.99 - Auckland Region
  • $14.99 - North Island (Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Manawatu-Whanganui, Taranaki)

Address Guidelines

Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.  If your parcel is being delivered to a business address, you must write the name of the business in the appropriate field. If your address is an apartment building, please ensure to write the correct apartment number and street address. Failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to us or lost.

Processing Times

We aim to have parcels dispatched within 2-7 working days excepting public holidays when your order will usually be dispatched on the next working day.  If for some reason dispatch will be delayed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.  If there is a material change in the target delivery time frame that is not acceptable to you, you may cancel the order, without incurring any cancellation fee.

Delivery Instruction Guidelines

Delivery agents need as much help as they can get when delivering parcels. This is especially true with units or apartments. This includes listing how to ring up to an apartment (e.g. press number or bell), whether the parcel can be left with another person (reception, building manager etc.), how to locate your unit (back of house, identifying features) and where to leave the parcel.  If your property may be difficult for the agent to access please consider this when placing your order and provide specific instructions.

If your parcel has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to receive (ie courier being unable to locate or leave the items at the delivery address), we will provide you a refund excluding shipping and handling fee.  iGrocer NZ is not responsible for any additional freight costs incurred.

We suggested that you are home to receive your order, our delivery agents will do their best to find a safe place to leave it. If you know that you are not going to be home for delivery then please leave detailed instructions with your order the best location to leave your order.
